Hey all- I just joined this Swallow Hill website today!
Here is a little about me:
I play 6 instruments - piano, organ, guitar, ukulele, handbells, and recorder, also I sing.
I'm 13, and I've taken various lessons from Swallow Hill - 2 small group lessons of guitar, as well as private lessons, all with Virginia Anderson. Also, I've taken the Ukulele classes 1, 2, & 3 there with Chris McGarry. (I'm not sure if I spelled his last name right. Sorry Chris!)
I play several sports - golf (my favorite), racquetball, tennis, swimming, soccer, and I bike in my free time.
I love to read, and am a definite technology lover. I can't go anywhere without one thing or the other!
I also love to travel, and have been to London, Rome, and the Vatican (did you know that the Vatican is its own country?) for foreign places. In country, I've been to Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Utah, and Vermont. I hope to go to every state at least once before I die!
My next few trips - in one weekend this July, I'm going for a 2-day camping trip in the mountains of Colorado somewhere, and in August, I'm going camping for another week in Arches National Park in Utah. I won't have my computer then, so don't expect anything for a while.
Another goal of my life is to do everything in the book of 1,001 Things to do Before You Die!
Anyways, that wasn't really a little about me, but if you have any questions, just ask!
Now, for the purpose of the blog. This blog is where I'm going to post everything about any music I come across. (Including me!) I'll try to take pics and upload them. Also, I'm taking a tutorial on Lynda.com about iWeb so in a month or so, check back and I'll have my website up and ready! As of late, however, not much has happened, but I'll let you know as soon as anything does!
And I really hope this blog hasn't bored you quite to your death!
